 　　专利合作条约（PATENTCOOPERATIONTREATY），简称PCT。按照PCT提出的申请称为PCT国际申请。在PCT体系中，在向中国国家知识产权局提出专利申请（发明或实用新型）后12个月内按照PCT规定向国际局受理局（中国国家知识产权局）提交国际申请，要求巴黎公约的优先权，在完成国际阶段程序后，在30个月内进入国家阶段。

　　PCT申请的优点：
　　1）最长可以有30个月的时间选择进入国家阶段，时间比较充裕
　　2）一种形式要求（可以用中文提出）
　　缺点：相对于巴黎公约多产生PCT国际阶段产生的费用
　　优点：节约PCT国际阶段产生的费用
